The Design Process
Step 01
Initial Conversation
We learn your design needs, the lot, your budget, timeframes, inspiration pictures and more.
Step 02
Design Process
We will present a price range for the project and give you the option of a design contract. The design contract allows us to fully design your home, confirm all your selections, and acquire utilities, septic and lot development plans. At the completion of the design phase, you are ready to build your home with a true fixed-price contract.
Good to know: The full cost of the design contract is credited towards your project should you build with us.
Step 03
Contract
We turn your full design into the contract to build your home. Once under contract, we will submit for permitting.
We can guide you through finding the perfect lot for your home build! Reach out today and we will connect you with a realtor and/or visit lots with you to evaluate suitability.
We offer curated plans and designs, complete with all the selections ready to go. You can choose from one of our plans and many selection packages to find the style that best matches you.
Save time and decision-making, or make edits to make it a little more you. We can even apply our selection packages to your already existing plan.
We work with your team to help make your dream a reality. We offer cost analysis and build analysis, and we can act as the project organizer to bring your team together.
